This is the MRC 603 sputtering
machine. It is a vertical, inline, RF & DC sputtering
system with RF and DC bias modes, plasma etching in the loadlock,
and rapid thermal processing (RTP) modes. It has a
13" by 13" workstage. This is a volume
production machine. It is cryopumped and has numerous
proprietary process enhancements.
